Unlimited monthly class pass available at $40 with absolutely no joining fee. A class pass will give you 30 days to take as many classes as you like.
$10 per class drop-in, however, we encourage you to try your first class FREE!

Single, Partner and Group Training available. We will create an exercise and nutrition program based on your personal goals. All workouts incorporate the core strengthening principles of Pilates. Call today for rates and trainer information! Off-site personal training is available!
Private 1-on-1 Pilates Sessions
Includes proper technique, posture development, body alignment and breathing lessons
$20 per session as well as packages of 6 or 12 sessions
